Chaika clinics medical systems

I got the privilege of art-directing a large clinics network in Russia, Georgia and Dubai. They are run by extremely motivated doctors, with hands-on approach. The task was monumental – I was called to help transition from a system plagued with legacy visual and software pattens, to a clean and concise communication system between the doctors and the management, and between the doctors and patients. The task was three-fold: physical spaces design, digital backend systems design – a massive medical CMS, and a front facing website and mobile app.

The scope of work was immense – but that's exactly the type of project I like. I had to get to know all the sides of the project – management, developers, doctors, patients – and do in-depth interviews with all of them, including noticing how the patients interact with the physical space of the clinics.

A big part of the proejct was a CMS for doctors, that helped them manage all the patient<>doctor interactions, and helped them manage their time and resources.

But also the design projects covered the physical spaces of the clinics, and the navigation systems inside them.

I've spent 18 months redesigning the system and the processes, and was able to leave a very solid foundation for the future development of the project, that was carried out by the team I helped assemble
